Delivering of Genena City project on December 1st, 2020. This is scheduled to take place after finishing the first phase: which is covering an entire floor in both the mall and the hotel garages with a complete automatic fire extinguishing network. The garages› design follows the Egyptian and international codes.

The design of the network consists of 10,000 meter standard pipes compliant with all relevant specifications.

Those pipes are equipped with 3,000 self-propelled firefighting sprinkles and 30 emergency fire boxes. What is worth noting is that all works executed using the groove; the safest, most pressure tolerant and the easiest of all means in terms of maintenance. Moreover, works were all conducted without the slightest use of welding.
